I could hear the collective sigh of relief from flood-ravaged Cedar Rapids all the way to Coralville. What happy news for Mayor Brad Hart when he was told by President Donald Trump, 'We're going to take care of that,” in regard to the federal funds for flood control projects.

Start moving dirt, Cedar Rapids. I'm sure the check is in the mail.
