Reader questions school staff turnover

I don't understand why there are six new principals at the Cedar Rapids schools at once.
Why is there such a great turnover at the last minute? I think Superintendent Brad Buck should explain it to the people in Cedar Rapids. Does it relate to Ralph Plagman's dismissal? I think we deserve an explanation.
