Reader offers some prayer suggestions

Christians are commanded to pray for our leaders. May I suggest a few things that I believe need divine intervention?
Pray that the forecast budget deficit, owed to a tax break for the rich, will not reach in excess of one trillion this year.
Pray that our current president is not an agent of a foreign government even though he repeatedly praises Russia over our own government agencies and is under current investigation by our own government.
Pray that subsidizing our farmer friends for their crops will not be necessary in the future due to tariffs imposed by the president. Pray that our immigration policy will not imprison and separate children from their families.
Pray that our president will be a role model for our children - no porn stars, bullying, name calling or intimidating potential witnesses. Pray that he will tell the truth to the American people and stop telling the more than 3,000 lies or misrepresentations he has committed since taking office.
Pray that our elected leaders will stand up for truth and what is right, not what is politically correct for their party.
It is a lot to ask but, if we all pray, I know we will be heard.
