Raising gas tax will hurt everyone

Some people are anxious to raise the gas tax thinking it won't greatly affect them. Wrong. The majority of the food in the stores is trucked in. The cost to grow it will increase. Consequently, the cost of food will go up. This will hurt everyone. We must look beyond the obvious benefit for roads and realize the end result of this decision.
