Putin would approve

If Vladimir Putin were asked what response by the United States to the coronavirus pandemic would best serve Russia's interest in destabilizing the U.S., in weakening democracy and in diminishing the esteem of the U.S. in the eyes of other countries, would Putin just shrug his shoulders and say 'What's been happening so far in the U.S. works fine for me?”
