Put rebuilding first over flood protection

Workers International League-Eastern Iowa opposes the regressive Linn County/Cedar Rapids local-option sales tax extension (on May 3 ballot).
WIL calls for the rebuilding of workers' housing and neighborhoods as top priority. Flood protection is a far lesser priority. Councils composed of flood survivors must be governors of reconstruction.
