To the editor:
I would like to address the issue with Cedar Rapids storm drains.
The idea of Mark Blake and the City of Cedar Rapids working together to fix this problem is an excellent idea.
We have young grandchildren who live in this area. No one should have to through what Mark Blake and his family have had to endure in the past year. Hopefully this will be the first and only death due to a storm drain.
Deepest sympathy to Mark Blake and his family.
