Problem is earmarks added on; veto them

Our problem isn't the billions that are passed in bills by the bureaucrats in Washington. It's the pork and special interest earmarks added to each one. Look at the billions added to the big bailouts last year alone. This was done with little or no consideration to what it will cost taxpayers later on. They just sneak something onto a bill whenever they please. Every president has veto power. They should be using it and thinking of us taxpayers, not borrowing from China.
In 1951, Congress ratified the 22nd Amendment limiting the president to two terms. Maybe Congress members should vote themselves to only two terms. That might wake them up. They think they are free from accountability in their home states.
Wake up Washington, stop spending money we don't have. We're fed up.
