President needs to lead our country

As I watch the news and read The Gazette, I wonder if anyone else has come to the conclusion that the current administration is lost.
We have had, Syria, an Ambassador murdered, Putin is recreating the USSR (slowly), two journalists have been murdered, and our president still is talking.
Apparently, it takes more than community organizing skills to lead, anywhere, especially our country. As expected in his address to our country, President Barack Obama said what he had to, but we have no idea what that is.
