Positive experience with mobile homes

Regarding the Sept. 4 article “Mobile home sales hurting”: I've owned eight homes on all sides of town in the last 46 years and Hames manufactured homes parks are the cleanest, quietest and best-maintained of any area in the city.
It makes sense to buy a 1,400-square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home for a third the cost of a normal ranch home. I spend six months in Arizona and having no excessive costs is nice.
I've been in Summit View Park for 14 years and couldn't be more satisfied with Curt and Troy Hames and the friendly way they operate their business.
