Political leaders have power to eliminate hunger
John Carver
Mar. 5, 2023 6:00 am
No one in this country should go hungry. No one! Why are legislators finding ways to cut food allowances for those in need? Imagine hunger without any recourse.
Food is our most basic need and not helping meet the need is criminal. When was the last time you faced real hunger? Probably never, let alone being faced with starvation.
The United States has the resources to eliminate hunger. There have been attempts to fix this in the past and failed. Now is the time to make sure hunger is a thing of the past.
This should be on all political platforms.
