Political and court decisions change scholarship offers at Iowa

Nice going, GOP and SCOTUS. From Iowa Public Radio earlier:
"The University of Iowa is ending a merit-based scholarship for incoming first-year students from historically underrepresented populations. A spokesperson said the change is a response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that struck down affirmative action in college admissions. Consideration for the Advantage Iowa Scholarship was automatic on admission.”
