Policeman helping kids a sight for sore eyes

A sight to behold. While driving along Wilson Avenue the morning of July 24, I saw a police car and instinct told me to slow down - no more tickets for me as the mobile traffic camera last winter got me for going 32 mph in a 25 speed zone.
But as I drove closer and passed the police car, it was stopped. There stood the officer, helping two young boys fix a bike, maybe a chain or a tire. I had to smile. The picture of that wonderful cop and those two young boys almost brought tears to my eyes, it was like a picture out of a book in days gone by. I hope the policeman reads this and realizes what an impact he must have had on those boys. It made my day.
