Podzimek is a problem solver

He is an independent candidate who can bring this county and city together to find creative solutions to problems. His record as city council member proves this.

The heart of his ideas is sustainability. This means finding ways to conserve and manage our resources. He knows that sometimes this means investing to protect what we have, like getting the county involved in flood control. Other times it means being more efficient in how we use our taxes, e.g., having part-time county supervisors working with a county manager would save millions over the years.

Having been my friend for more than 20 years, I know him to be far more than a good, intelligent person my family loves. When things get rough, he's one of those few people you can count on to get a problem solved. In good spirits, he gets it done. We need honest, hard working people like Podzimek to make this county a better place for us and our grandchildren.
