Please stop the constant noise

To the editor:

Where is the annoying low rumbling noise coming from? It is a constant, 24/7, roar like being in a jet. It started in the mid summer. I could not sleep with windows open. It would stop for a while, then got louder. It has to be from some place that has seven days a week operation.

I know that it is hard to stop noise from loud cars, trucks and motorcycles, but they are never in one place long. This is from a large operation, as is constant. There must have been some permits to operate or build.

You would think the city or state would have required noise code adherence. Just try running a tub grinder or chipper after 8 p.m. for more than one day. So, please stop the noise.
