Planned Parenthood profitable without funds

How do you sugar coat the evil of abortion? Amy Reasner attempts to do that in her March 2 guest column. She encourages taxpayers to support Title X taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood, which annually receives about $363 million in federal funding.

Abby Johnson, former director of a Texas Planned Parenthood clinic and author of “Unplanned,” recently spoke in Des Moines. She stated that Planned Parenthood is fundamentally a profitable abortion business and uses the family planning services to recruit new abortion clients. Johnson also stated that Planned Parenthood targets low-income minorities for abortion and locates most abortion facilities in low-income neighborhoods.

Since the legalization of abortion in 1973, one-third of unborn children have been murdered. Stop this taxpayer-sponsored evil. Demand that U.S. legislators defund Planned Parenthood now.
