Photos in ‘Snapshots’ educational, uplifting

Did I understand the writer correctly who speaks of “The Back Page” and “Snapshots” as undesirable in the daily Gazette? I feel it educational to be exposed to shots from around the world.
Seeing how the world plays, celebrates its customs and the occasional just plain human interest viewpoint gives me a lift every day. I find it interesting how in some ways we are the same and in others could not be more different.
“Snapshots” was a positive addition for the reader. I'm sure many photographers find it useful and find it educational. The feature upgraded The Gazette a notch.
