Pete is the president we need

Iowans are spoiled, no question about it. We get to meet all the presidential candidates, up-close-and-personal, often more than once and typically within a 10 mile radius of our home.

I met Pete Buttigieg the first time in March 2019, along with 40-plus other people at a local Cedar Rapids watering hole. And I was willing to commit to Pete for President early because of what I saw in him on that first meeting. I saw sincerity, I saw integrity, I saw a genuine interest in others. I knew I was seeing a true leader. No bluster, just brains. For me, Pete as President is the only logical choice to help unite this fractured world.

Look closely, Iowans. Ours is a very important job on February 3rd.
