Personality, gender not factors for loan

Regarding USDA alleged discriminatory practices (Oct. 21 story): As a former USDA employee, I assure you that personalities and gender do not enter into the decision-making process for farm loans. Facts and figures pursuant to the loan application must indicate a reasonable chance for success to obtain funding through the USDA.
