People vilify others when they disagree
The Gazette Opinion Staff

It was exciting to see the support for Chick-fil-A at Westdale Mall on Aug. 1. People waited patiently in a long line to show their support for the company. The only annoying aspect was the two young women with their obnoxious signs.
They have the right to voice their opinions. What is wrong is that they deny others the same rights they feel free to exercise. If you don't agree with them, you're a hater. The CEO of Chick-fil-A speaks out as a believer in the biblical view of marriage and he is called all kinds of names. That is the hypocrisy of the left in this country. They are all for freedom of speech unless you do not happen to agree with their views. Then you must be silenced with boycotts and name calling.
If people disagree with this administration, they are called racist, fanatic, fringe, extremist or worse. If you are pro-life, then you hate women. Does that include pro-life women as well? If you want secure borders, you are a hater and a racist. Celebrities on the left such as Bill Maher even use coarse, vulgar names to refer to those who do not subscribe to their views.
Apparently freedom of speech is only available to some and not to others.
