Paying it forward could reap rewards

To the editor:
The heartwarming Jan. 1 letter to the editor 'Spirit of giving displayed at Riley's” where the writer thanked the unknown person for paying for their lunch gave me an idea.
If we can figure out a way to secretly pay the traffic camera tickets of the disgruntled travelers then everyone would have a happy new year.
