‘Patsy Cline’ content, theater satisfying

We heartily recommend you attend “Always Patsy Cline,” produced by the City Circle Acting Company of Coralville. The live music is excellent and the new theater setting in the Children's Museum at the Coral Ridge Mall is intimate and attractive - just right for the show.
The role of Patsy is sung by Marcia Hughes. She has a remarkable voice, and her renditions of Cline's hit songs are terrific. Her sidekick, Patti McTaggart, as Cline's friend Louis Segler, is very good at engaging the audience, providing comic relief, as well as moving the show along crisply.
The show runs two more weekends (Oct. 9 to 11 and 16 to 18). “Always Patsy Cline” presents Iowans with a significant slice of American pop culture, in a satisfying new setting.
