Pat Heiden is an experienced leader

I encourage Johnson County voters to elect Pat Heiden as supervisor.
I was privileged to work with Heiden when she chaired the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors and as a fellow member of the United Way board of directors. Heiden is a seasoned collaborator, whose thoughtful approach fosters consensus. She is a stalwart for mental health services and the elderly population.
The skills for which Heiden was highly regarded at Oaknoll will serve Johnson County well: listening to constituents, carefully considering all perspectives and industriousness. She is an experienced leader who oversaw more than $80 million in construction projects and hundreds of employees at Oaknoll. She continues to share her talent as a consultant on private sector projects and a board member in nonprofit organizations.
She skillfully has stewarded resources at Oaknoll and in governing many nonprofits. She will represent us with dedicated fiscal management and integrity.
