Party wastes so much on so little

Let me get this straight.
A student, Natalie Ginty, decides to enter the political arena (not exactly the most gentile environment) and is addressed with a derogatory epithet (from a professor's email). Offended, she files a complaint with the University of Iowa provost and the Office of Equal Opportunity (after receiving an apology from the professor).
So the party which espouses efficient government and wise use of state funds is more than willing to waste so much on so little.
Natalie, you have two years to graduate and become an adult. Good luck!
