Only form letter responses from Miller-Meeks

Since Mariannette Miller-Meeks became Iowa’s 2nd District House representative, I have contacted her numerous times using either her “Contact Us” link, which states “Your feedback is very important to me. Contact me regarding issues that are important to you” or through a personalized email action alert sent to her through a professional organization.
Unlike Sen. Chuck Grassley, whose detailed responses always focus on the specific issue or concern about which I contacted him, with Miller-Meeks, all I ever receive is the same generic form letter as follows: “Thank you for contacting my office. As your representative in Congress, I am working every day to ensure that your voice is heard in Washington. Your letters, emails, and phone calls are important to me, and your views help inform and guide me in Congress. If I can ever be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact my office.” It then provides information on how to receive her newsletter and follow her on social media so we can “stay up to date on how I am working in Congress for you.”
It seems to me if Iowans in the 2nd District truly had a representative “working in Congress for you,” instead of form letter responses, Rep. Miller-Meeks could provide replies which actually address the issue(s) raised with her.
