Officer’s unpaid leave is a ridiculous situation

To put Officer Robyn Obadal on unpaid administrative leave with charges of dog theft is totally ridiculous! What should have happened is she should have taken those two dogs to the shelter for some “real” care in hopes that someone would want to adopt and love them, rather than being left in kennels at a vacant house! (I don't even want to think about the recent hot weather.)
Shame on you, Chad Ramey. Seems to me that anyone who cares about their pets wouldn't let them live in those conditions to begin with. No question in my mind who's at fault here!
