Obama’s board to make your health decisions

The only person stealing your Medicare, liberty and personal freedom is President Barack Obama.
Recently, Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., proposed The Path to Prosperity. This budget proposal begins the process of restoring America to its constitutional roots. We are not a nation that embraces a “social compact” as Obama would have you believe. Our Founding Fathers deeply believed in the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That “happiness” is determined by each individual as they see it with minimal governmental interference.
But Obama, through ObamaCare, has begun cutting funds to Medicare. He and Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel developed the Independent Payment Advisory Board, or IPAB. Fifteen unelected members, appointed by Obama, will soon continue more cutting, recycling those funds into other government programs and the expansion of Medicaid. The “knife wielding” IPAB will be making seniors' care decisions for them. Not exactly constitutional!
Conversely, Ryan's budget proposal does not touch Medicare for seniors receiving benefits today. His proposal redesigns Medicare for those 55 and under so that they will reap the benefits of their contributions. His vouchers guarantee health care, being applied to the recipients' care plan of choice. These choices are comparable to the health care plans that Congress enjoys, not a plan Obama chooses for you. Ryan offers a “guarantee,” much better than a “forecast” by Obama.
My money is on Ryan!
