Obama not following promises, oath
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Jul. 23, 2010 12:59 am
President Obama, as one of your many employers, I wish to express my massive disdain for your many actions, especially those when you represent our great nation to foreign powers.
I remind you that our nation was founded upon Judeo-Christian principles. All of the signers of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were Christians.
Why then do you continue to pander to the Muslims? You don't make overtures to Hindus, Buddhists and non-Christian religions. Yes, we need oil from Muslim nations, but we would not need it if we just drilled in our own nation.
When you campaigned, you promised no bill would be passed without five days review on your desk. Now we hear you didn't read the health care bill. Then you had egg on your face for making comments on the Arizona law you also did not read.
As your employer, I want to see your college transcripts. Why aren't these available to the public? Is there something in them you are ashamed of?
Presidents Herbert Hoover, Harry Truman and Dwight Eisenhower all deported illegal immigrants so citizens could have their jobs. Why don't you follow their example and send the illegal immigrants home? You do believe we should uphold our nation's laws, don't you? You took an oath upon the Bible to do so, didn't you?
