Obama, Democrats doing us great harm

The Obama administration and our Democratic Congress, in seven short months, have done more to damage this great country of ours than ever before.

They control our auto industry, our banks, and want to control our health-care systems. In 1990, our government projected Medicare to cost $9 billion - it cost us $67 billion. The Obama administration has projected $1 trillion-plus for its new government-controlled health-care system - does that mean it will really cost 100-plus trillion?

Yet recent polls have stated that as many as 80 percent of Americans are either very satisfied or satisfied with our current system. Shoving this critical issue down the throats of all of us, expecting to make a quick discussion by the end of the year, is ABSURD!

This is just one of many half-baked topics with little thought of the basis of what has taken more than 200 years for this country to accomplish: the greatest capitalistic/entrepreneurial climate in the world. God help this great country get through the next 3 1/2 years.
