Not so much of a miracle for consumers

I watched the debate between Republican Rod Blum and Democrat Abby Finkenauer with great interest. In regard to controlling costs of pharmaceuticals and health care, Blum extolled unleashing the miracle of the free market.
Remember that EpiPens price jumped two years ago from $57 each to $600 for a two pack.
How's that free market miracle working for us?
