Newspapers, networks are overtly biased

I just finished the column by Margaret Sullivan in the Sunday Gazette. She proves why we should not spend too much time on major papers like the New York Times or Washington Post. Both are highly biased. She then goes on to say we should avoid Fox News but neglects to cite the overt bias of CNN and MSNBC and the major networks, tethered only to their own reality.
But what would you expect from a Washington Post columnist?
