New system could eliminate recycling

Referring to the Sept. 25 Business 380 story titled, “They want more, recycling is big business and it's growing.”
The article is oblivious to the installation of a plasma arc waste disposal system that is being strongly considered by Marion and Cedar Rapids. This system, we are told, will practically eliminate present recycling costs by atomizing all organic and inorganic feedstock to slag and hot gases.
