Naive to believe cameras not about money

In the Feb. 5 Dave Rasdal column, he says that he thinks the red light cameras (in Cedar Rapids) are for a safety issue, not for the $750,000 that it is expected to generate. If he really believes this, the bridge that goes across Prairie Creek in Fairfax is for sale.
