Much to enjoy at Milestones

We at Milestones of Cedar Rapids want the community to be aware of National Adult Day Services week. This recognition may not be widely known beyond those who enjoy life at the center.

I learned of Milestones through a social worker. I agreed to try it. I was surprised by the diversity of people and activities enjoyed here. There is something for everyone. We enjoy the companionship of each other as well as time spent in the art studio, the education, discussion groups, music, games and much more. I love the walking program as we “walk across Iowa” and chart out daily miles. The staff is awesome, the food is great. So many services are offered that help make our lives better. If you don't know about adult day services, call for a tour. Come celebrate with us.
