More debt for taxpayers while Trump gets a plane

The House passed a Federal Budget onto the Senate which proposes 3.3 TRILLION in debt! If Air Force One is working, why should we taxpayers have to pay even billions more for President Trump to overhaul his gift airplane that he then takes home when leaving office?
