More cameras needed to deter speeding

I went through Cedar Rapids on Interstate 380 recently, and I noticed that most of you speeders are still blasting through at speeds much higher than the speed “limit.”
It seems the speed limit is for you “other” folks, not me, so I think it is time for the city of Cedar Rapids to invest in “empty” speed cameras and have them placed without telling the speeders which ones are in operation.
I also think the state should put these up and down the interstate system to get people back to reality. Interstates 80 and 380 would be much less dangerous and those who speed would have less money to worry about.
