Morality police in Iowa

The morality police are terrorizing the people of Iran. I never have been to Iran, yet I’ve seen these morality enforcers. We don't have morality police in Iowa’s streets, we have the mental health police. These mental health police judge then stalk the poor with bullets and needles. If I had money I may be better off with the Iranians and Ayatollah.
