Money to be made picking up garbage cans

With every resident of Cedar Rapids needing a way to get rid of their old garbage cans, right now would be a good time for a non-profit organization to make a lot of money.
Come up with a large truck and offer to pick up everyone's can for a donation of $5 or more.
