MidAmerican customers shouldn't be forced to fund nuclear power plant

How do you spell scam? Let's look at what has been going on during the last few months:
1. The Iowa Legislature said that we should not have red light or speed cameras because they make money and provide safety for drivers, oops, sorry, I guess I took the logical, sensible route. They said they might not be legal.
2. The people in Cedar Rapids voted down a sales tax extension for 10 years because they did not understand 100 percent, oops, sorry, I guess I thought that meant all total, complete, entire, but I must have been wrong.
3. MidAmerican Energy wants us to pay for a nuclear power plant that may or may not be built. Well, Iowans it is time to stand up to this giant scam and let them and state legislators know we will not pay for this under these circumstances. I don't mean to suggest that we break the law in any way, but if all of us do not pay the increase that would be on our bill, what would happen?
