Mark Twain on Cedar Rapids school voters’ reluctance

The Cedar Rapids school board asks why we vote "NO" for the bond issue. Mark Twain provided the answer many years ago in the following quote: "In the first place, God made idiots.That was for practice. Then he made school boards."
Well said and timely.
