Marcus will give Cedar Rapids residents a voice

My neighbor and I were recently bemoaning yet another lacking response to us from the city’s Development Services, with the silent rubber-stamping by our current council member. We need council members who will fight for neighborhoods and for residents who can't be at City Hall every day. We need council members with 21st Century goals. We need Tam Marcus for District 3.
