Many intentionally pass a stopped school bus

A majority of people who run a school bus stop arm do it on purpose. It's not like they can't see the big yellow school bus with all the lights flashing and the stop arm out. They know it's illegal. They have no concern for our children's safety or they wouldn't do it.
They take the risk, hoping the bus driver won't get the tag number or that they will just get a warning, or by not getting a description of the driver nothing will happen.
Maybe we need to raise the fine or take away their license for a year for repeat offenders. The first priority of all bus drivers is to provide a safe ride for the students.
Several of the bus drivers have children or grand children riding the buses. My grandson rides one of the buses. I am a bus driver and will keep writing down the license plate numbers of people who keep putting our children at risk.
It is all of our responsibility. Let's do everything we can to keep the children safe.
