Loebsack has all voters’ needs in mind

Congressman Dave Loebsack has worked tirelessly on behalf of all the Iowans in the 2nd District and continues to strive to keep governmental processes transparent.

The congressman has brought together disparate groups to work for solutions and is known for his ability to be bipartisan and cultivate support from both sides of the political spectrum.

When Congress is in session, Dave returns to Iowa every weekend to travel the district and meet with constituents.

Campaign finance records show that people from all walks of life contribute to his campaign with no heavy weighting in favor of one group. His opponent's campaign has about 65 percent of the donations coming from physicians and medically related groups. Dave has more than four times the number of individuals contributing.

I would rather be represented by someone who has all of 2nd District's interests in mind, with a proven track record, and is not beholden to a single special interest group.
