Life is precious and should be valued

To the editor:
Murder is becoming far too commonplace. I will never understand why the war on drugs is the top priority instead of life. Life is the most precious miracle in existence.
People are committing murder, cops are killing people and over three quarters of the people imprisoned are non-violent. What is this world coming to?
I believe in Karma's laws, but who the heck does man think he is when he values money more than life?
