On behalf of the Friends of the Cedar Rapids Public Library, I want to thank the community of Cedar Rapids for their support of our annual fall book sale.
We appreciate all the community members who volunteered to help set up and work the sale, as well as the patrons who attended. A special thank you to City Carton Recycling, Pepsi Beverage Co. and Aspen Gym who provided in-kind donations.
Proceeds from the sale enable us to continue help funding library literacy programs such as the Summer Reading Program, Babies and Books, Literacy Initiative and Reuse and Books by Mail.
Cedar Rapids is a very generous community and we are grateful for your support.
