Liberals encouraging illegal immigration
The Gazette Opinion Staff
May. 27, 2010 12:51 am
Twenty-one billion dollars of untaxed American money left our country last year with illegal immigrants from Mexico who took it back to use in Mexico. Add to this the huge burden American aid/hospitals/schools/roads/park/police/fire departments have with illegal immigrants using these American-paid-for services and you wonder why Arizona did what our liberal-controlled federal government does not what to do?
As well, 500,000 illegals daily bring in millions of dollars of drugs that are sold to our children.
On May 20, our liberal-controlled Congress (Republicans/conservatives did not stand or clap) gave the Mexican president a standing ovation for his comment that the new Arizona law was wrong. How sad is it when our leadership congratulates another country that takes huge American aid and encourages their illegals to use our services free. This same American liberal leadership just passed a socialized health care system that will encourage these numbers to multiply tenfold.
Asking anyone who is in our country to provide proper ID and be legal does not seem to be asking a lot. What in the world can Congress be thinking? Oh, could it be the 80 percent Hispanic vote liberals just received in the last election?
