Letters: Reader losing faith in government

The Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches of our federal government dismay and disappoint me at an ever-increasing rate. Our Constitutionally-guaranteed freedoms, liberties, rights, and justice-for-all principles are repeatedly threatened and will slowly slip away if the 'progressives” (aka liberals) have their way. My faith and trust in an ever-growing and controlling government is far from what it used to be.
On July 5, Lady Justice lifted her blindfold and gave a wink to FBI Director James Comey and the Washington elite.
In 1956, 'In God We Trust” was adopted as our official national motto. God is the only one I put my complete faith and trust in anymore.
