Letter: Xavier tennis team deserved more coverage

Parents, grandparents and friends watched as the Xavier boys' tennis team had a first in school history. Not only did they win the Class 1A state championship, but did it by beating an undefeated team.
It was very disappointing when the only thing about it in The Gazette was six sentences added at the end of an article about two other teams.
These boys work hard at their sport to be the best they can be, just as well as the ones who play soccer, baseball, etc., which gets much more coverage.
I felt they deserved more than six sentences - at least a picture.
