Letter: Wiederspan Art Gallery closes after 25 years

After 25 years I have closed Wiederspan Art Gallery located on Mount Vernon Road SE at 34th Street.
It has been an extraordinary experience of working with outstanding artists and patrons as well as an opportunity to exhibit my own artwork. My sincere appreciation goes to all who have been a part of the gallery. I plan to keep painting in my home studio.
May I encourage everyone to support the other galleries and also the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art, CSPS and all the art venues.
