Letter: We should repeal, replace government

How insane is this? One political party wanted to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, calling it a complete disaster. The other political party wanted to keep the disaster.
Is this government nonsense worth paying for? How about if 'We the People” repeal and replace the government?
